The hazardous waste business license items (new licenses, replacement licenses and changes) that were originally approved by the provincial department according to the regulations will no longer be reported by the cities. The environmental protection department is responsible for approval. For projects that have been declared to the provincial department and have not yet been issued a certificate, if they pass the material market inspection (on-site inspection) and complete the rectification, the provincial department will complete the approval in the near future; if the application materials do not meet the requirements, the on-site inspection has not yet been carried out, or the rectification requirements proposed by the inspection indicate that it has been completed in time If so, it will be handed over to the environmental protection department of the provincial city for handling in the near future.
