On September 30, 2019, our company successfully completed the million-unit denitrification catalyst regeneration project of China Energy Group Funeng Power Generation Co., Ltd., with a total of 468 pieces and 738.4m³.

　　In this project, there are limitations in the design of the access door of the reactor. It is difficult to dismantle and install and lift at high altitude. Cooperating with the construction of the national coastal high-speed railway, the maintenance time of the power plant is of great political significance. Therefore, the maintenance period given to the owner by the power grid dispatching is strictly limited, and it is required to meet the conditions for start-up and operation before October 1. At the same time, due to various factors in the early stage of the project The impact is delayed, resulting in a tight schedule, etc. These all determine the particularity of the difficulty of this project.

　　Our company is anxious about the needs of customers, and with the close cooperation of the owners, we have invested a lot of manpower and material resources, and formulated practical implementation plans. The company worked together from top to bottom to formulate strict regeneration plans, disassembly plans, and transportation plans, and appointed elite troops to seamlessly connect. The bid for this project was finalized on August 6, and the procedures for hazardous waste transfer began on August 12. The five-part form for hazardous waste transfer was completed on September 8, the first vehicle was shipped out on September 9, and the finished product was recycled on September 14. Backpacking, on September 30, all recycling and backpacking were completed, and the construction of the hazardous waste warehouse was completed at the same time with high standards.

　　Among them, the procedures for the transfer of hazardous waste across provinces were completed in only 26 days, which is a miracle!

　　It took only 20 days for the 468 catalyst modules to be dismantled, regenerated, and then installed, which is a miracle!

　　On November 30, the unit completed the third-party performance test, and the unit operated well.

　　This project has created a short construction period case of our company's million-unit regeneration catalyst, which may also be the current short construction period case in the industry.
