1 Overview
The dust of the ship unloader is generated at the moment when dozens of tons of bulk materials fall into the receiving hopper, and an instantaneous airflow greater than 10m/s can be generated in the hopper; in addition, the ship unloader is located on the shore and is greatly affected by the wind. Ordinary dry fog dust suppression systems can also spray fine particles of water mist, but the droplets do not have high energy and cannot suppress the instantaneous high-speed dust flow. For the special working conditions of ship unloaders, the high-energy cloud and fog dust suppression system developed by Kentron Environment is specially used to arrange dust removal devices for fixed pipelines, and can be applied to control the dust generated during unloading ships.

2. Working principle
The principle of cloud and fog dust suppression is based on the research of European and American scientists: "When the size of water mist particles is similar to that of dust particles, the probability of adsorption, filtration, and condensation is the greatest." The segmented independent cloud and fog dust suppression system has dust suppression capabilities beyond imagination, also known as It's called Dust Terminator.
The system can divide small water droplets into water mist particles of 10 microns to 100 microns. When in contact with dusty gas, the water mist particles can be in contact with inhalable dust particles below 5 microns, effectively adsorbed and condensed into agglomerates. Falling under the action of gravity, so as to achieve the effect of dust suppression. The purification effect can reach 95%. Not only is the dust reduction effective, the weight ratio of the material humidity increase is only 0.02%-0.05%, the material has no calorific value loss, and it will not cause secondary pollution. one.
The high-energy cloud and fog dust suppression device is a negative pressure suction high-energy cloud and fog nozzle driven by an imported frequency conversion constant pressure high-pressure pump. Through high-pressure crushing and highly atomized water, thousands of water mist particles with a size of 10-100µm are formed, as shown in the figure 2 shown. Using the principle of negative pressure, the air near the nozzle is inhaled, and the airflow is used to generate secondary tearing atomization and long-distance spraying.

3. Advantages of high-energy cloud and fog dust suppression system

4. System composition of high-energy cloud and fog dust suppression system
(1) Pump station unit
Imported AR high-pressure ceramic plunger pump, started by frequency conversion and constant pressure, can generate 5-9Mpa high-pressure water, can realize stable voltage adjustment, and has multiple protection functions; stable performance, reliable and durable, continuous work.
(2) High energy cloud nozzle
Using self-developed special processing technology, it is processed by cutting-edge CNC machine tools and made of imported stainless steel. It can generate 5 billion droplets per second, and the diameter of the droplets is 10-100 microns. The unique nozzle structure causes water droplets to break up under high pressure, and uses the principle of negative pressure suction to suck in the air near the nozzle, and uses the airflow to generate secondary tearing atomization and long-distance spraying. The spraying distance is 5-8 meters, and the wear is small. Small pressure loss and good dust suppression effect. The flow rate can be selected arbitrarily according to the working conditions. According to the different functions of the site, nozzles of different sizes can be used, and the operating pressure can reach 30-70kg. The pipeline is connected by a high-pressure thick-walled 3mm seamless stainless steel high-pressure tube that does not drip and is durable for more than 10 years.
(3) Water Filtration System
The water inlet is equipped with a fully automatic backwash filter, automatic slag discharge without manual labor, and then equipped with a multi-stage RO super filter, equipped with a 5-micron ultra-fine filter, which can effectively solve the water quality problem and ensure that the nozzle will not be blocked.

The main engine is equipped with an ultrasonic wireless sensor control system imported from Germany, which automatically senses signals. Customers can set the start-up and stop time according to their own needs (the radar/infrared sensor control requires a special person to set the PLC parameters), and the spraying equipment is within the set time. Continuous or intermittent work without personnel supervision.
