High-energy cloud and fog dust suppression system for thermal power plant ship unloader
The dust of the ship unloader is generated at the moment when dozens of tons of bulk materials fall into the receiving hopper, and an instantaneous airflow greater than 10m/s can be generated in the hopper; in addition, the ship unloader is located on the shore and is greatly affected by the wind. Ordinary dry fog dust suppression systems can also spray fine particles of water mist, but the droplets do not have high energy and cannot suppress the instantaneous high-speed dust flow. For the special working conditions of ship unloaders, the high-energy cloud and fog dust suppression system developed by Kentron Environment is specially used to arrange dust removal devices for fixed pipelines, and can be applied to control the dust generated during unloading ships.

Desulfurization Wastewater Treatment Technology
Coal-fired power plants are facing increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements. Optimizing the power plant wastewater treatment process and realizing the resource utilization of wastewater is the only way for thermal power plants to develop into an environment-friendly and resource-friendly enterprise. Jiangsu Kenchuang Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has proposed a new desulfurization wastewater treatment process route, which can realize the resource utilization of desulfurization wastewater and realize zero discharge of wastewater. Our company cooperated with Guohua Taicang Power Generation Co., Ltd. on the technological innovation of this project. From May 2015 to December 2016, the industrial application test was carried out in Guohua Taicang Power Plant, and the expected effect was achieved.

A few days ago, through the selection of South China University of Technology, Yang Xiaobo, a graduate student jointly trained by our company and South China University of Technology, won the "2016 Outstanding Graduate Student in Professional Practice" and "Excellent Master Graduate Innovation Fund". Under the guidance of two master tutors, Wu Fan and Xia Qibin, student Yang Xiaobo actively explored the deactivation mechanism of arsenic-containing catalysts by consulting literature and scientific experiments in view of the use of denitrification catalysts in Northeast China, and solved the problem of regeneration of arsenic-containing deactivated catalysts. In addition, on the basis of the experimental research of the previous senior brothers and sisters, the small-scale research on the extraction of vanadium and tungsten from the waste SCR catalyst has been carried out, and positive results have been achieved, and the process of harmless treatment of the waste catalyst has a high practical value.
