Regeneration technology
Catalyst regeneration technology
Jiangsu Kenchuang Catalyst Regeneration Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the management of waste flue gas denitrification catalyst regeneration technology services. It has the first professional catalyst disposal and utilization base in China that has fully independent intellectual property rights and is strictly established in accordance with the requirements of the "Guidelines for Hazardous Waste Review of Waste flue gas denitrification catalysts" (Announcement No. 54 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection in 2014). The base covers an area of 60 acres and has an annual production capacity of 25000m3/year. It has an automatic regeneration production line with high automation, achieving various processes such as module automatic lifting, cleaning, activation, and drying. It has high precision in controlling process parameters such as time, dosage, temperature, concentration, turbidity, etc. The quality of recycled products is stable, and it can provide thoughtful services to different users. Up to now, Jiangsu Kenchuang has successfully implemented dozens of engineering cases, with a cumulative catalyst regeneration and disposal of up to 50000m ³。
Disposal and utilization
Our company has established long-term industry-university research partnerships with 985 domestic universities, South China University of Technology, to jointly promote comprehensive technical cooperation between enterprises and schools in the field of SCR denitrification catalyst regeneration, utilization, and disposal. Following the research on key technologies for the regeneration of deactivated SCR denitrification catalysts and achieving a breakthrough in China's flue gas denitrification catalyst cleaning and regeneration technology, our company has developed a comprehensive utilization technology for the disposal of waste SCR denitrification catalysts, High efficiency extraction of V and W from SCR catalysts with microwave enhanced alkaline leaching for mixed poisoning deactivation and scrapping; Enrichment and separation of leaching solution V and W of spent SCR denitration catalyst and preparation and purification of titanium residue, calcium vanadate and Calcium tungstate as by-products; The ultimate goal is to achieve efficient recycling and reuse of V, W, and Ti from waste SCR catalysts.
